MESSAGE FOR THE ILLUSTRATORS
Registrations are officially closed.
Participants in the 11th edition should register at the latest on december 15th, 2025 for one of the following
categories:
1. Category A: Established illustrators
2. Category B: Young wolves
The illustrations should be submitted between 5 and 19 January 2026 to the following address: CC
De Ververij, Wolvestraat 37, 9600 Ronse. The participants are also requested to send tthe digital version of their work(s) between January 5 en 19 to waldo@postvorm.be. The required technical specifications are as follows: minimum 300dpi, TIFF, EPS of jpg.

Below you will find information on the selection process, collection of the submitted works, prizes as
well as the participation by schools.
Selection process
As usual, a professional jury will assess all submitted works.
In 2026 the jury consists of:
The jury not only selects the winners but also chooses a selection of works that will be shown at the
exhibition. The selection is scheduled for 31 January 2026.
Collection of submitted works
Works selected for the exhibition CANNOT be collected on the 11 April 2026 during the finissage (or at the presentation of
the public award). Please note that there will be no exceptions. All should be picked before 11 May 2026 up during officie hours at the front desk of CC De Ververij.
Following the selection process, all rejected works will be wrapped up for collection. They can be picked
up during office hours at the front desk of CC De Ververij on following occasions:
- From Monday 9 February to Friday 20 February (included)
- After the opening ceremony on Saturday 21 February between 8-9 pm. Please note that this
service will only be provided upon request. Rejected works
for which no message was received will not be available at the site.
- From 23 February until 11 May (included) during the office hours of CC De Ververij. Please
note that pick-up service will not be available during the finissage on 11 April.

Selected illustrations can win the following prizes:

(Category A: more than 3 published works)

the PUBLIC PRIZE ‘PICTURALE 2026’
All submitted illustrations will be submitted to a jury of experts.
